I have been teaching English since 2018 when I began my studies in B.Ed TESL at Concordia University. I am a native English and French speaker, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. I am trilingual as I’ve been educated in a bilingual English-French system and have learned to speak Italian with family. Further, my recent academic ventures into Commerce at Concordia have led me to understand how equally important language is in business. FAQ

  • If I cancel, can I return where I left off?

    No, if you cancel, and decide to restart, you would have to restart at the beginning of our program. We encourage you to keep going in order to achieve your goals.

  • Can we choose our teachers?

    Yes, every week you will have access to the teacher's profiles and their individual scheduling link. Each class you can choose your own teacher.

  • Will we receive a certificate?

    Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion for the hours you have completed.

  • Can I share my membership with someone?

    You are not allowed to share your monthly course with anyone. If one of our teachers teaches someone who is not registered as a member, they will be invoiced at $100 USD per class.

  • Do any unused hours roll over to the next month?

    No, it is your responsibility to schedule all purchased hours with teachers before the billing month ends.

  • What currency to you charge?

    All prices are USD. Even though we are a Canadian-based company, we sell internationally.

  • Why isn't tax charged?

    In Canada, English and French courses are tax except, therefore we won't charge you tax.
